Kickscout Inc. ("Kickscout") has the primary goal to provide you with exceptional service and a highly fun and social experience. With any social app and website comes privacy questions. We have developed this privacy policy to help answer those questions. This privacy policy is available from our home page of our web site at www.kickscout.com (the "website") and through our mobile applications. Website Visitors
This privacy policy applies to all information we collect through our web and mobile applications from Kickscout users and visitors (“users”), including you. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Kickscout does not own or control, or to individuals that Kickscout does not employ or manage.

Kickscout's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Kickscout's visitors use its website. Kickscout only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
User choose to interact with Kickscout in ways that require Kickscout to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Kickscout gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. In each case, Kickscout collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the user's interaction with Kickscout. Kickscout does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Kickscout features and activities.
- Account Information - your name, email address, device ID and other similar information.
- Social Web Information - including but limited to your Facebook connect credentials (and information that you authorize Facebook share with us though permissions) and email account information. If you authorize and provide it to us, we may also collect information concerning e-mail contacts and other social web information. To help you connect friends and contacts you may want to use our service with (as well as to improve or services), we also allow you to import data from other social web services..
- Scouting Information - pictures, scouting information, your location, elevation, directions, phone orientation, and other similar information
Finally, we may collect additional information from or about you in other ways not specifically described here. For example, we may collect information related to your contact with our customer support team or store results when you respond to a survey.
Information from children
We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from any individuals under the age of 13.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
Kickscout discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Kickscout's behalf or to provide services available at Kickscout's websites and applications, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. How we share personal information with other Kickscout users
By the nature of Kickscout, most scouting information is made public on your Kickscout profile, feeds of your followers, and other social media websites and apps that you share scoutings too.
